Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation:
KEDHAR LIFESTYLE COLLECTIVE believes in customer satisfaction and endeavors to accommodate cancellations whenever possible. However, please note the following guidelines:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
  • Requests made after the order has been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process may not be entertained.
  • Cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables cannot be accepted.
  • Refund or replacement may be arranged if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is subpar.


Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt of the products. The request will be processed once the merchant has verified the issue. Similarly, if the product received does not match the description on the website or your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will assess your complaint and take appropriate action.


Manufacturer Warranty:
For products covered under a manufacturer's warranty, any complaints or issues should be directed to the respective manufacturer.


Refunds:
Refunds approved by KEDHAR LIFESTYLE COLLECTIVE will be processed within 3-5 days. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
